The Grid House reads as a contemporary, rectilinear villa that resolves a relatively compact landed plot into layered volumes. The building emphasizes vertical and horizontal datum lines, a gridlike façade and rhythmic openings producing a restrained modernist composition rather than an overtly ornamental bungalow. Large glazed bays and recessed balconies create depth on the elevation while a low perimeter wall and landscaped pool frontage establish a private threshold between street and home.
